IntraTide does not use cookies for tracking or advertising. We use browser localStorage solely to persist your chart settings, drawing configurations, and interface preferences. This data remains on your device and is never sent to external servers. You can clear this data at any time through your browser settings.
4. Third-Party Services
IntraTide retrieves real-time and historical market data through Binance, Bitstamp, and Hyperliquid public APIs via our relay server. These requests contain only the market data parameters (symbol, timeframe) necessary to fetch price data — no personal information is included. We do not control the privacy practices of these third-party data providers, and we encourage you to review their respective privacy policies.
5. Data Security
Since IntraTide does not collect or store personal data on our servers, the risk of data breaches involving your personal information is inherently minimized. All communication between your browser and our relay server is encrypted via HTTPS. Your locally stored settings are protected by your browser's built-in security mechanisms.
6. Children's Privacy
IntraTide is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. The platform is intended for use by adults interested in financial charting and analysis.
